general guidelines

Let me know if you would prefer I don't share any or all parts of your commission on my social media.
Commissions allow for personal use in your Discord, preferred streaming platform, and/or 3rd party emote hosting website (7TV, BTTV, FFZ, etc.). If you find someone else using my emotes without permission, please contact me with their information.
Commissioned art is not permitted to be used for NFT or generative AI/AI training purposes.
When attribution is possible, please credit with my Twitch username: Eleana. If you stream on Twitch, granting my account the Artist badge is a very kind gesture, but not necessary. If you would like to link credit to me in your panels, please link to this website.
You may not resell the commission to any third party.
Commissions may not be sold as physical merchandise. Please contact me directly for commerical inquiries.
If you are using this art on any platform, you hold the responsibility to make sure it abides by their terms of service.
You bear all responsibility to make sure you have the necessary permissions to all drawn characters.
You may commission another artist for the purpose of animating commissioned emotes, but you are still required to credit me.

Prices are currently listed in USD.
At least 50% of the full payment must be recieved before any commission work begins.
Payment is only through PayPal invoices or Interac e-Transfer (Canada only).
All commissions via PayPal will include an additional 5% fee. This fee is waved for Canadians using e-Transfer.
Refunds are not available once I start sketching. Pre-sketching refunds are subject to a 10% fee.
You are alotted 5 major changes per illustration/emote/badge during the sketching phase. Once you have confirmed your sketches, you are alotted 1 major change and 5 colour changes. Changes past this requires a new purchase.
Tips are optional, but always appreciated. I try to keep my pricing reasonable/low so that everyone can afford something. If you would like to tip me after your commission is complete, please do so via ko-fi.

The more references and information you can provide, the easier the process becomes for me.
Turnaround time is approximately 1 - 4 weeks, but I will always give you a more detailed timeline during the commission process.
